When a batter gets out on the very first ball of the inning, we say it’s a Royal Duck or Platinum Duck.
Laughing Duck
This refers to the batter getting out on the very last ball of the innings.
Diamond Duck
This may sound little bit funny to hear but it’s damn ego crushing. The diamond duck happens when the batter gets out without facing a delivery.
